If an item is to be returned you need to have all the original packing. All items must be clean, unworn, unwashed & unused.
No returns, exchanges or refunds are allowed on gift cards.
Regarding returns, you will be credited with the ZAR amount of the returned item in the form of a Glaze Active voucher. Please note no returns/credits on the shipping costs.
STRICTLY NO CASH REFUNDS : All refunds will be done in store credit to the value of the items refunded.
All items discounted or on sale are a final sale and cannot be returned. No exchanges or refunds. Items purchased using a coupon code are eligible for returns or exchanges, however the value of the item will stay the discounted amount.
